Changelog:
- NEW > most of the /pl, /plugins, /?, .... are now blocked.

- CHANGE > Every Function is now deactivated by default (except for the /setspawn, /spawn CMD), you may change that in the Config!

- REMOVED > I removed the GeneralEvents cause they didnt work properly

- CHANGE > You can now use %player% or &(number) for the Player or Color in Chat
