Added following permissions:

• lobby.notifier - Permission for Update Notifications
• lobby.silentlobby - Permission for Silentlobby
  • is included in lobby.youtuber and lobby.admin
• lobby.build - Permission for Build inside the Lobby
  • is included in lobby.admin

Following permissions will be removed in next update:

• lobby.vip - outdated version of lobby.premium
• lobby.yt - outdated version of lobby.youtuber

Nex Updates:

• The Permissions won´t be removed!
