Recode & Dependencies Update
- Rewrote the hole system
- Added Hexcolors
- Added PlaceholderAPI-Support
- Added Flag to kick everyone that doesn't have an bypass permission if maintenance is enabled
- Simplified the Commands
- GUI using now metadata tags
- Updated to work with Skript 2.8+
- Skript-reflect removed
- AsyncPlayerPreLoginEvent and Async Connection & ServerListPingHandler got removed because of this​
