1.13.2 support. New sign interaction.
Signs now have a slightly new look and only one sign is needed!
When placing the sign above the button, put the name of the floor on the first line. When you click the sign again, the floor name will become part of the sign.
Existing floor name signs (the sign below the button) will still work.
Apparently there are some issues with horses. I'll need to investigate this further. Pull requests on github welcome!
