Commands

ResetHearts Command - EXISTING
[+] - Added a Tab Listener
[+ & ↻] - Changed and added some messages the command returns.
[↻] - Made the player part of the command optional. If you don't specify a player then it resets your own hearts back to the default amount.
[↻] - Now sends a message informing the user if the player they're trying to reset hearts already has the default amount of hearts.
[↻] - Changed permission node.

SetHearts Command - NEW
[+] - With this new command you're able to set a players heart count to a certain value!

DepositHearts Command - NEW
[+] - With this new command you're able to take away your own hearts and then deposit them onto a piece of paper! Whoever right clicks with the paper in hand gets the amount that was put onto the paper.

HeartNote Command - NEW
[+] - Correlating to the DepositHearts command, with this command you're able to freely create a deposit heart paper without removing any of your own.

Config File
[+] - Added pvp-delete-items: False field » Specify if you want players items to be deleted on a pvp death.
[+] - Added non-pvp-delete-items: False field » Specify if you want players items to be deleted on a non-pvp death.
[+] - Added overclaim-hearts: False field » Specify if you want players to be able to go over the default limit of hearts.
[↻] - Made some minor changes to a couple comments for more clarity

[+] - Added a new enable message
[↻] - Any message related to the creation of the config file is now in red text
