Changing skins, that's because it's not really in the scope of the plugin. I tend to be honest, and honestly speaking. I have a lot of things on my plate to start working on skin changing, which is completely outside of what this plugin does already, despite that it sounds familiar.
So yes, while I could do it. I cba being its a feature that's not compatible with the codebase and not compatible with the existing API.
It sounds similar, but its closer to asking a custom tablist/scoreboard plugin to support custom name prefixes in chat.
Fair number of bugs? I try to fix every single bug I come across, some bugs are fairly complex with the only persistent example that I know of, being skins not loading due to a Minecraft limitation.
As it currently stands, I'm only aware of one bug, which is due to a clash in the latest ProtocolLib & other plugins. Which isn't a Libs Disguises bug.
Searching in your discord history, it's closer to say that you're not reporting bugs but requesting features if I'm not wrong. Such as hearts displaying in tab or below the name. Which does fall under a bug, but I don't believe is worth looking into. And yes, I do forget stuff.
As to why I sound so aggressive? Yeah, that's true. I tend to be very blunt and I'm fairly jaded from a lot of common issues being user faults. Part of this is my own fault, I need to provide better documentation in a number of places.
As for not fixing stuff? You can see me fixing bugs and issues here:

Generally, when someone claims that there are bugs and issues, it's preferable if they actually describe these issues in the review so that the author can respond to them specifically. In this case, I'm guessing at what you're talking about.
