Worldborder is set for each player in dependance of its level.Features and bugfixes
What's Changed
- The border size and center is editable with commands: /border size | /border center
- The border size and center are saved in a config file.
- Players are able to change their dimension without loosing center and size settings
- Other small bugs fixed
