This release adds some checking to see if the entity being lasso'd is an NPC, and adds some support for GriefPrevention and WorldGuard.

It will detect if the entity is a Citizens2 NPC and not allow to lasso.

It will detect if the entity has the NoAI:1b flag set in the NBT and not allow lasso. This will detect if it is a Shopkeepers NPC.

It will not allow to lasso in GriefPrevention claims unless have build permission.

It will not allow to lasso in a WorldGuard region if that region has the flag 'lasso' set to DENY for any specific group or player.
