Added the command /skit (With this command you can create kits with items and give them to players)
Changed the design of the /kitpvp command
Re-added the titles
Removed some useless config options
Removed 1.7 support (If you want to use the plugin in 1.7 use version BUILD-09)
Added a configurable nopermission message to some commands
