Changes
- Added support for all 1.20.x versions.
- Added new titles with additional placeholders in config.
- Added option <seconds> for /knockout knockout <player> <seconds> (default 60).
- Added beta option to run console commands on, during, after knockout and after revive.
- Added bStats.
- Parrots can't sit on a knocked out player's shoulder on all supported versions now.
- If players dies because of another player, plugin now remembers that.
- Some config name changes.
- Knocked out player is not visible for a player that changed worlds.
- Player dies instead of getting knocked out in some circumstances.
- Plugin sends a config message even if its blank.
- Player cannot get knocked out on 1.19.3, 1.19.4.
- Error in console when closing server with disabled Knockout plugin.
