New Features
- You can now enable warnings for players that aren't vanish, but are still flying around; the warning is sent every 30 seconds if enabled. Useful for survival servers, or servers where flying isn't an ordinary thing. This is done via config boolean.
- Fixed settings being turned on by default.
- Fixed messages for setting subcommands not showing properly.
- Fixed notify message (finally) to stop sending messages to people it shouldn't be.
