Keywords Version 1.1-BETA

Major Changes:
- Sufficient command framework introduced
- The configuration file can now be reloaded with '/keywords reload', rather than an actual server restart
- List command changed from '/keywords' to '/keywords list'

Minor Changes:
- List command now customizable in the configuration file
- Help page showing permission-specific commands now displays when a keyword command is invalid
- Plugin.yml mistake corrected
- '/keywords' command description changed

When will 1.1 be out of BETA?
This version has been tested only to some extent. All new features work but there is always a chance of there being underlying bugs. Changes to improve the project's current code have also been planned and will likely be released with the official 1.1 version very soon! Further testing will be conducted this week.
