Blocked Permission Assignment
You can assign a permission to a blocked command, which would allow the user to execute the command normally using
/blockcmd setperm <command> <permission.node>.

You may also add multiple permissions to one command, please be advised that if the executor has at least
ONE of the permission nodes, it will allow them to execute it normally.
