Features:
- Karma Shops have been revamped for descriptions and clarity (no pagination yet)
- Lang files can now use string lists instead of strings with "\n" to break lines
- PvE karma rewards now accept floating amounts instead of only integers

Fixes:
- Players could logging and disconnect in order to gain or lose karmas and wanted time faster

Updated locale files.
