Changes: - Added "/jl start now" to immediately start the game.
- Changed how module schematics are selected. You can now set the plugin to ready with just one module per difficulty.
- Fixed that the Jump League map wouldn't deleted and would therefore always be the same.
- Fixed that "/jl setready <true/false>" wouldn't actually set the ready state.
- Fixed that the plugin would kick players from DeathMatch after fully dying and afterwards break.
- Fixed that the plugin wouldn't really work without a MySQL database specified.
- Fixed that modules wouldn't adjust their height according to previous modules.
- Fixed that the end location spawns under the Y level that triggers a teleportation to the last. checkpoint
Known issues: - Holograms just don't show right now.
