ItemRental Update v1.4.0
Fixed and Added:
- Changed all ArrayList to synchronized lists for thread safety
- Added immediate async save after creating rentals
- Added /rental cleanup command for admins to run full cleanup
- Added /rental cleanup <player> to fix specific player's ghost items
- Added tab completion for cleanup command
