- Item removal spam: Increased cooldown from 500ms to 1500ms

- Synchronized block around availability check
- Added owner validation inside lock
- Finally block ensures lock release
- Force collection: 1-second cooldown
- Mass collection: 3-second cooldown
- Individual collection: 1-second cooldown
