Changes:

[+] The entire plugin now runs on a new basis and has been completely reprogrammed! So it could still contain bugs and errors, but it definitely runs more efficiently and cleanly!

[+] The configs have been made clearer and have been reduced to 2 important configs! The first config is called "config.yml" and is for standard settings! The second is called "messages.yml" and is for the messages which can be completely redesigned!

[+] When installing ISpawn 3.0, if an older version of the plugin is running on the server, we recommend deleting it including the config and reconfiguring the plugin!

[+] In contrast to the older versions, some things have been removed.

[+] Particles can now be activated at the warp points, but there are no different modes there!

[+] All my plugins now only support versions 1.13 - 1.18.2
