1.4 - Added event cooldowns + Internal commentary!
In this update I have added cooldowns of 3 seconds to each event (Message, Title & Sound) so it does
not spam the user.
I have also added comments to the config.yml to help explain some of the settings.
Make sure to reset your config.yml before updating!
