What's Fixed:
- Fixed big bug where players could break each others timers while deactivating or activating ( TESTED )
- Fixed bug where players wouldn't get kill message
- Fixed bug where players would drop items on death
- Fixed bug where sword would only work while holding at air

New Features:
- Full hex support, use format (xA&A&A&A&A)
- Kill streak system, players can now get kill streaks
- 1.19 is now supported ( BETA) ( WARNING: NOT RECOMMEND ON PRODUCTION 1.19 SERVERS)
