Add 2 news baby pets

BabyCow: /hpbabycow -> hpbabycow.use
BabySheep: /hpbabysheep -> hpbabysheep.use

Addition of 2 new commands:
/hpinfobaby: hpinfobaby.use -> shows the pets commands for baby pets
/hpinfonormal: hpinfonormal.use -> shows the pets commands for normal pets
Now the / hpinfo command only shows the / hpinfonormal and / hpinfobaby commands
