New reload command - New config.yml check
- Added /hreload command which will reload plugin configuration, but if you need to modify the parts related to database/quests you must necessarily reload the plugin with plugman or better by turning the server off and on again
- From this update if the config.yml is not updated to the latest version, a new default config.yml will be recreated and the old one will be renamed to oldconfig.yml
