HexNicks now supports Minecraft 1.17+
This update has no major changes but clarifies version support for 1.17.

- Switched compiler to Java 11.
- Tested in 1.17.
Planned Changes
- Better support for Adventure API/Newest PaperMC.
- Refactor Json Simple to Gson.
