Release 1.7.0: support HeadsPluginAPI 3.0.0
This update makes HeadSweeper compatible with HeadsPluginAPI 3.0.0

Note: this will also make this version only compatible with mc 1.17+ and only works using Java 17.
If you need to support an older mc version or if you are using an older java version, you'll need to stay on HeadSweeper 1.6.0, which require you to use HeadsPluginAPI 2.x.
