v1.31.2.1775 Quiver Hotfix
Added: Autopickup can now pick up arrows that have been fired.

Added: Hidden command '/havenbags explode' equivilent to '/havenbags empty', but more explosive.

Changed: Items dropped with '/havenbags empty' now has a 5 second pickup delay.

Fixed: The Quiver feature no longer eats stacks of arrows with only 1 arrow.
