Fixed: HavenBags now works correctly for Minecraft 1.17.

Fixed: Bags created while using 'bag-type: ITEM', should now correctly create bag data again.

Fixed: Hotswapping in unallowed containers is now blocked correctly, to prevent bags going into those containers.
