New Features:
- /hf give <player> <tool> <fortune> – Instantly give any player a special Fortune tool! Works for any tool type, even if not allowed in the config.
- Tab-completion – Auto-complete for player names, tool types (e.g. DIAMOND_HOE), and Fortune level.
- Special "Harvest Fortune Tool" – Tools given by command always work for crops, even if normally restricted!
Example: /hf give Saltyy DIAMOND_HOE 5
Improvements:
- Code cleanup and better config reload.
- Plugin version updated to 1.1
