Tiny updates on restarting your server

- Default way of restarting your server is now running "restart" in the console so the plugin is easier to use for everyone
- If you would like to use a restart script instead. You have to enable "use-restart-script" in the config and change your restart script in spigot.yml.

You don't have to update your config! I got your back! Please paste this into your config so you don't have to regenerate your configuration

# Are you hosting at home or do you prefer a startup script? Enable this feature!
# This feature will use the restart script provided in spigot.yml's "restart-script" option.
