Sorry for another update. But i have a nice update i think most of you will like.

Added 1.12.2 and lower compatibility, If you wish to use it on 1.12.2 and below. Please enable the legacy_compatible config option. It will disable the GUI.

Added a prefix in front of the announcements. So you do not have to add it in front of everything. If you wish to use no prefix leave the prefix as ""
