[+] Added "/lay" and "/crawl" Support for 1.14.x
[!] Fixed a 1.11.x and 1.12.x Data-Error on "/sit" (Thanks to @Produktecheck for the Report!)
[!] Fixed the different Heights of "/lay" and "/crawl" on Snow Blocks
[!] Fixed Bugs where you could use "/sit", "/lay" and "/crawl" while already lying down somewhere
[!] Fixed the different Height from "/sit" while "sit-at-block-center" is false
[!] Fixed the "networkManager"-Bugs which can occur in combination with some Plugins! (Thanks to @iCaitlyn and @jhezreel708 for the Reports!)
[!] Fixed the Bug that a laying or crawling Player get visible if he gets an Effect-Update trough Beacons or Potions (Thanks to @arduino for the Report!)
