[Update 2.12.0.0] - Added Distance- & Back-Location-Settings + Bug-Fixes

Update [2.12.0.0]:

Please recreate your Config-File after this Update, because some major changes was made to the File-Structure.

[+] Added "max-distance"-Config-Option (This Settings defines the maximum Distance between a Player and the Block, so that he can sit. If set to '0' or '-1', there will be no Distance-Check!)
[+] Added "back-to-stand-location"-Config-Option (If this Settings is set to 'true' all Players will be teleported to the Location, from where the had entered the Seat, if they stand up!)
[>] Reworked a lot of Code! (There should be no more small Lag if a Players quits the Server!)
[!] Fixed some small Bugs, where Players can sometimes get through Blocks! (Thanks to @kinro for a Report!)
