ADDED VALIDATOR & FEW SMALLER THINGS. FIXED SOME KNOWN BUGS.
Validator allows you to show (and edit with enough permissions) grenade parameters.
Added option to edit countdown time.
Added option to create fire on explosion.
Fixed permission not detected while crafting.
Fixed other things i already forgot.
Due to internal changes grenades created before this update wont work anymore (/g update should fix that, but i did not test it). Also please delete/rename your 'grenades.yml' file.
