Update 1.6.1 - Fix recipes, change permissions, add more features!

More Minecraft versions are now supported!
GrapplingHook now supports Spigot 1.14+ instead of 1.16+

Recipes have been fixed!
I have rewritten the recipe loader to allow for better 2x2 configurations like the default grappling hooks.

Changed permissions!
Permissions are now set using the recipe number from the recipes.yml file pertaining to the specific grappling hook rather than the material used. (i.e. now the permission will be ' grapplinghook.craft.2' which will allow for the crafting of the '2' recipe in recipes.yml, where before the permission would have been ' grapplinghook.craft.iron'.

Added an option for air hooks!
Any grappling hooks can now be air hooks! This allows for grappling to take place when the hook is in the air, effectively allowing the player to fly around. This can be set per hook in the recipes.yml file.

Added an option to consume grapple uses when slow fall is used
Added an option in the main config.yml that will allow you to have slow fall consume a grapple use when its used. This prevents players from using slow fall with a hook forever without it ever breaking.
