This Folia support is not final. However, all features work but the /maintenance command. Which is different from the /maintenancekick command. If you don't care about broadcasting a message, then the Folia support is pretty much complete. I'll get back to work on it soon.

Sorry for the quick update. I know I just uploaded version 1.7 today. However, I wanted to get Folia Support out, so I just updated it anyway.
