Added integration with another plugin of mine, WesternHunting

WesternHunting adds RDR2 style fishing and hunting, and this update adds related events. These events are disabled by default and require WesternHunting to be installed to work. They can be enabled in config.yml by increasing their selection weight from the default 0.

New Events:
- Trapper Challenge (Get the most pelts)
- Bass Pros (Get the most fish)

Both of these events have a toggleable requirement for 3 star pelts / fish. Getting higher quality pelts / fish is done by chance and certain tactics (Avoid harsh weapons) More info on this will be available on the WesternHunting Page.
