FlueWithdraws Plugin Update

This update introduces new features and improvements to the FlueWithdraws plugin. Below are the details of the updates:

New Features:

1. ActionBar Messages:
   
   • Support for displaying ActionBar messages when players right-click to receive rewards.
   • ActionBar messages can be configured to display specific information such as added experience, money, or mobcoins.
2. Fixed Value Items:
   
   • Items with fixed values that add a specific amount of money, experience, or mobcoins when right-clicked.
   • For example, right-clicking a "$2,000,000 Money" item will always add $2,000,000 to the player's balance.

Improvements:

1. Tax Deduction:
   
   • Items can now have tax values configured, which will deduct a percentage of the reward as tax.
   • Players will be notified of the tax deduction and the final amount received.
2. Enhanced Messaging:
   
   
   • Improved the delivery of messages to players.
   • Depending on the configuration, messages can be sent as ActionBar messages or regular chat messages.
