- used Jordan Osterberg's JScoreboard for easier Scoreboard features

Changeable Round Time:
- you can now edit the time for a round in the config.yml file. Default is 60 (1 minute).

Remember this update has Bad Plugin Testing because I can't handle 2 or more Minecraft Clients in my Laptop at the same time so if there are some Issues, Discuss it in the Discussion.
