- Scoreboard Still using PlaceholderAPI even though "usePlaceholderAPI" is false

Players Issues:
- Methods that are using all players in the world including newly Joined Players are changed to use Players that are already in the round

Remember this update has Bad Plugin Testing because I can't handle 2 or more Minecraft Clients in my Laptop at the same time so if there are some Issues, Discuss it in the Discussion.
