Fixed teleport issues
After removing the border, there were problems when creating random teleport locations. These issues are now fixed – teleports are stable again.

Support for MyWorlds & Multiverse-Core
In these plugins, teleport signs sometimes disappeared if the world wasn’t loaded when the plugin was enabled.
Now the worlds are loaded in time → no more missing signs.
