The plugin has been redesigned from scratch.
Performance changes and other new features were added.

Examples of new features:

• lightweight spawn system
• automatic deletion of unused chunks to save memory space
• teleport protection
• the API has been reworked

When upgrading, the plugin must be completely deleted beforehand.
Plugins that use the API must be rewritten to the new API version beforehand.
