Hello everyone, we added faction access, and lots of smaller features!

1. Ability to disable commands for per-faction custom roles (equivalent to overriding).
   
2. Shulker box is now being handled as intended
   
3. Type menu title is now colored properly.
   
4. Access is no longer overriding faction perms overriden actions in the protection config.
