Added features:
- Players now can't edit their inventory while GUI is opened
- Players are now getting the 'Teleporting to <warpname>...' message
- essentials.warp.<warpname>
- Wrong material-id spam
- Warp name is now not changig anymore when doing /warp changeicon <warpname>
- Config to change the warp title
- Config to turn the warp countdown on/off
- Config to make the first char to caps
