Endermaning version 1.1.4: bugs fixes
- Reduced scenarios where right clicking the help book would not open it, yet remove the book (e.g. clicking a door with the book does not open it, but the book is removed from inventory).
- Fixed error when a player that's removed from Endermaning is not valid player.
- Fixed all players getting teleporters when teleporter type is changed.
- Fixed Non-hybrids being able to pick up teleporters.
