Added many illegal characters to the gang create command and with the gang chat system.

Admin commands! Added some admin commands. See them by using the /gangadmin command.
SQLite is back! Re-added SQLite compatibility with the plugin.
Ranks System! Added the possibility to promote and demote players to a rank. More information in the config.yml file
New Placeholder! `%enchantedgangs_leaderboard_<amount|name>_<kills|balance>_<position>%` to get one of the ranked gangs by stat type
