This is a prerelease/beta, and is not intended for use in production.

- Removed separate config files for sets and tiers and made ecoarmor.json
- Default sets and tiers can now be fully removed rather than disabled
- Fixed several bugs

This is essentially a complete backend rework and will allow for bigger changes down the line!

You will have to remake your sets in json to use this as the internal structure has changed.

A web panel will be added soon to simply configuring tiers and sets!
