Added new preferences for config.yml

updatesnotfound: 'Updates not found! You use latest version!'
updateavailable: '&cYou use version %version%! The latest version is %latestversion% UPDATE!'

"thx", "site" and "updatesnotfound" dont support custom colors.
And yes "thx" and "site" sending when plugin enabling and you can change for your preference.
%version% is version that you are using
%latestversion% is latest version of plugin. lol

"thx", "site" и "updatesnotfound" не поддерживают пользовательские цвета.
И да "thx" и "site" отправляются когда плагин запускается и вы можете изменить эти параметры в соответствии с своими предпочтениями.
%version% является версией, которой вы пользуетесь.
%latestversion% является последней версией плагина.
