Fixed goals placeholders

Fixed goal placeholder %claimed% returns wrong number
Added more goal placeholders, now for both command and message are available: %claimed%, %total%, %left%, %player%
Optimized %claimed% and %left% placeholders, but it is still recommended to set they on cooldown if used in scoreboard or something
