[ FIXED] Changes to configs not happening :')

[ADDED] [ PREMIUM] Shops will automatically disable when there are no items in them (this can be toggled in the config.yml)
When turned on, the shops will be checked on startup and disable the shop if there are no items present in the buy, sell or trade shop.

How to install

1. Download the newest version.

2. Place it in the plugins folder and delete the old .jar file.

3. If you had errors before, we suggest maybe try and let the plugin reconvert from the backup which was made.
