Added the following items to the item list:

- Functional Spawners!
You can now purchase spawners from the shop and place them in the world. The spawners will spawn mobs based on the type of spawner you have placed.
By default, all spawners are disabled. You can enable them with /banitem spawnertype false. Make sure to set the stock (or value) with /setstock spawntype amount (or /setvalue spawnertype amount)
