New major update!
- Modified the configuration system to make it so old config settings and comments would be preserved after new config values were appended

- Added /discordconsole command, for both version related information and reloading the plugin config and Discord connection

- Added a config setting to make it not send startup (and shutdown) messages (thanks to RIC0H for suggesting it)

- Made it so the plugin's going to work in all versions from 1.7.0 to 1.15.2

- Added an update checker

- Fixed another reconnection issue and fixed a few other issues, added more debug errors, made a few performance improvements.

- Added more information to debug errors
